I knew I wanted to use one of my new Eye Lights but i couldn’t decide. Those of you who follow me on Twitter know that I am a huge Celtics fan and yesterday was a huge game for us so I decided to wear green. Cashed Out is a gorgeous green glitter and I decided to pair it with some neutrals from my newly purchased Naked 2 palette. I’ve been avoiding it like the plague but finally caved since I do actually wear a lot of neutrals now. I really like how the Eye Light glitter doesn’t stick onto your face for dear life like Urban Decay glitters do. I hate stubborn glitter fallout.
Also, I decided to grow out the shaved side of my head. I still love the cut but it’s just time to move on. I’ve had my head shaved for years now and it’s the end of that era. I am definitely still adjusting to the fact that I have hair!!!
I am also using a new powder and have been using it for about a week now. I am using the Chanel Double Perfecting Compact in Rich Beige. I’m really loving the finish on this powder. I find that it is a natural matte finish yet has the perfect amount of glow. This is a combination that is very hard to find. I also find that I have to blot or touch up a lot less with this. I love that I can lightly dust this over a liquid foundy or use this with a denser brush as foundation. You can also use this wet as a higher coverage foundy although I find the coverage dry enough.
