red. rojo. rouge.
I did it. I’ve been lusting after red hair for the last couple of months. Honestly, I wanted RED hair in high school but was never able to achieve it. I’ve been going back and forth because I’m so picky with red and I was afraid it wouldn’t come out EXACTLY how I wanted. I finally just went for it and I must admit I’m feeling like quite the vixen with red hair. It’s a complete 180 from my soft baby pink hair.
This may or may not affect my makeup choices from now on. I’ll have to see how things look on. I was even reluctant to wear red lipstick today but I said screw it and threw on one of my faves, Evil Shades Devilista. I think it works…. *shrugs* I did keep my eyes really simple with a nice cateye.
My camera accidentally shot this and completely missed my eye which is what I was trying to shoot. It ended up being a nice lip swatch. Devilista is an amazingly moisturizing, vegan dupe of MAC Ruby Woo.

Sara The Makeup Snob sent me several pairs of lashes that I believe she picked up from Daiso awhile ago. I used a pair in this look. They were pretty subtle for false lashes. They were light and comfortable but the band felt a little cheap and pokey. I had to apply them perfectly so I didn’t feel them jabbing me in the eyelid. I don’t really know what brand this is so I took a picture of the box for you.
